LASEPA Closes Down Two Churches, Bar Over Noise Pollution
The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has closed down two churches and a bar in Ojo, Festac Town due to noise pollution.
This was disclosed in a statement posted on LASEPA’s X handle on Friday.
The closures are part of the agency’s continuous campaign against noise pollution.
The churches closed down are Faith and Love Church, Nigeria Reform Church in Ojo, along with 211 Bar in Festac Town.
Also closed down is Grey Matters Social Space in Victoria Island.
On Tuesday, the agency sealed GIG Logistics and First Bank, both located at Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, due to environmental violations.
