Fidelis Duker who has worked at Actors Guide of Nigeria and Nollywood (TV Channels) is reputed to have discovered many actresses and actors who are all doing well in their chosen make believe profession
He is also the CEO of biggest film festival in West Africa, Abuja International Film Festival a yearly event .
