Ogun To Employ 5,000 Primary School Teachers

The Ogun State Government has reiterated its commitment to employ Five Thousand Teacher (5,000) in all the primary schools in Ogun State.

The special Assistant to the Governor on communication, Hon Remmy Hassan, disclosed this in Abeokuta.

He said that the employment of 5,000 primary school teachers was to assist them fulfill their obligation in teaching profession, because of lack of personnel in various schools.

He observed that the government has planned to provide infrastructural development plan to various areas of endeavor in the state pointing out that the government would not leave any abandoned project in the state.

The special Adviser to the government communication stressed the need in ensuring that the government would provide social amenities such as roads, water and electricity to all the nooks and crannies of the state.

On portable water, the government had abandoned the generating plant use to pulp water and purchase another plant to pulp water to all the cerban and also at the grassroots level.

On Agriculture, some unemployed youths had been given job from the government portal just to allow them secure employment in cassava planting.

On Electrification, the government has assumed all indigenes in state for adequate light at all times, stressing that all hanos are on top gear to install a big electrification machinery to provide light for all and sundry in the state.
