Sahara Group To Work With Filmmaker
Sahara Group flagged off the “Grooming Film Extraprenuers with Kunle Afolayan” project in June 2016 – an initiative is targeted at promoting entrepreneurship and creativity in Nigeria.
Youths in Nigeria were tasked to create short docu-films that celebrates entrepreneurship in Nigeria- Seeing Nigeria through the eyes of Entrepreneurs. Over 150 entries were received and screened by ace film director, Kunle Afolayan. 20 young filmmakers who could be the next crop of leading professionals in the sector were shortlisted in commemoration of Sahara’s 20th anniversary.
The winners were unveiled yesterday and would undergo six months mentorship programme with Kunle.
In addition, the winner and two runners-up will also attend the 2017 Cannes Festival in France
