Police Arraign Woman Over N.4M Fraud In Osun
35-year-old Adeola Bolarinwa was on Tuesday arraigned for alleged fraud at an Osun State  Magistrates’ Court sitting in Osogbo, the state capital.
Akintunde told the court that the defendant did obtain goods with false pretence and intend to defraud one Laogun Omoyeni
He further alleged that the defendant did obtain goods valued #413,000 with the pretence of being her customer and promised to pay in two weeks time.
Adeola Bolarinwa, however, pleaded not guilty to the two-count charges of fraud and stealing leveled against her by the police
Defence counsel, Babajide Siyanbola pleaded for the bail of his client in most liberal term adding that she would stand her case.
In his ruling, Magistrate Opeyemi Badmus granted her bail in the sum of #300,000 and one surety in like sum as he adjourned the matter till March 31 for report of settlement and hearing.
