Oyetola, Commissioner, Harps On Professionalism, Dedication To Duty

Osun State governor, Adegboyega Oyetola has charged civil servants in the state on hard work, loyalty and professionalism.
Speaking in Osogbo during the retirement ceremony organised for Mrs Rosaline Taiwo Ajao by the state Ministry of Home Affairs, Oyetola who was represented by the Head of Service, Dr Oyebade Olowogboyega described Ajao as an outstanding technocrat, astute administrator and a loyal civil servant.
He noted that Mrs Ajao made positive impact in all the ministries she served including the State House of Assembly where her footprints remained indelible.
Also speaking, the state Commissioner for Regional Integration, Home Affairs and Special Duties, Engr. Olawale Badmus who described Mrs Ajao as a mother said she proved wrong the notion in some quarters that civil servants are difficult to handle.
According to him, Mrs Ajao served Osun with all the capacity she had adding that besides her normal routine job, the well-being of individuals, particularly her subordinates remained paramount to her.
Other retired senior public servants who spoke glowingly at the epoch making event called on upcoming officers in various ministries in the state to emulate Mrs Rosaline Ajao.
Appreciating God, the organisers of the event and eminent personalities who came in their numbers, Mrs Ajao noted that since she got appointment into the civil service of Osun, her resolution was to serve with the fear of God.
She urged workers to offer selfless service to their employers and humanity not being bothered by whatever challenges they might have to pass through and see how God will pay them back beyond their expectations.
