Ondo Commissioners Get Portfolios
Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, yesterday assigned portfolios to his 18 commissioners and special advisers.
A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde, listed the commissioners and their portfolios as follows:
Hon. Taofiq Abdulsalam, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure; Mr. Rasheed Badmus, Ministry of Natural Resources; Prince Solagbade Amodeni, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development and Otunba Adegboyega Adefarati, Ministry of Agriculture.
Others include, Mr. Saka Yusuf Ogunleye, Ministry of Youth and Sport Development; Mrs. Omowumi Olatunji-Edet, Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development; Mr. Donald Ojogo, Lands & Housing; Mr. Yemi Olowolabi, Ministry of Information and Orientation.
The statement listed Dr. Wahab Adegbenro for Ministry of Health; Mr. Funso Esan, Ministry of Environment; Mr. Wale Akinterinwa, Ministry of Finance; Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget; Alhaji Olurimisi, Ismala, Ministry of Culture and Tourism; Mr. Femi Agagu, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
It also listed Prof. Bayonle Ademodi for Ministry of Regional Integration & Special Duties; Mrs. Lola Fagbemi, Ministry of Local Govt and Chieftaincy Affairs; Otunba Timilehin Adelegbe, Ministry of Commerce and Industries and Kola Olawoye (Esq), Ministry of Justice.
Also, the governor gave offices to his Special Advisers.
He announced Mrs. Bunmi Ademosu as a Special Adviser on Public & Inter-Government Relations; Mr. Alaba Isijola, Union Matters; Boye Oyewumi, Investment and Development and Eng. Raimi Aminu, Lands, Works and Infrastructure.
