A Three-Day Diaspora Technical Exchange Programme has kicked-started in
London, United Kingdom.
Policy Development (ICMPD) has experts drawn from the African Foundation
For Development (AFFORD), UK based consulting Organisation with firm
bias on Diaspora-related issues.
Meanwhile, Delegates from the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission drawn
from key departments and units are attending the Technical Exchange
Programme to upscale skills and competences in understanding  key Global
concepts of Diaspora, Migration and Development Policy. Other thematic
