Meek Mill And Girlfriend Split A Week After Kanye Said He ‘Cheated With Kim’
Rapper Meek Mill has taken to social media to announce that his relationship with Milan Rouge Harris has ended.
33-year-old Mill and Milan welcomed a child just two months ago but have now decided to “remain friends” as they look to bring up their baby as “separate parents.”
In a Twitter post, Mill wrote:
“We [sic] me and Milano decided to remain friends and build our child as separate parents…
“We still have mad love for each other but we both came to an understanding! -meek-.”
He reposted his tweet to Instagram, where he added: “@iammilanrouge no fall out either just moving forward! Still love! This for protection so social media won’t think we moving wrong.”
Meek Mill has announced that his relationship with Milan Rouge Harris is over, in the same week that Kanye West called him out for meeting up with Kim Kardashian. The 33-year-old rapper welcomed his first child with Milan, 31, just two months ago but has said that they are going to “remain friends” as they look to bring up their baby as “separate parents.” Writing on Twitter, Meek, whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, announced:
Last week, Kanye in an explosive Twiter rant accused Mill of meeting Kim Kardashian for more than just prison reform on their minds.
Both Kim and Mill are activists for changing the prison system in the United States but Kanye insinuated the duo might have met for something more during a hotel meeting.
Kim, 39, earned glowing praise from Mill for her work on criminal justice reform last year, when the rapper hailed her for ‘doing a lot of good work’ on the issue.
Both attended a Criminal Justice Reform Summit in LA in 2018, but it was at the Jeremy Hotel rather than the Waldorf in Beverly Hills which Kanye appeared to be referring to, leaving the nature of the meeting unclear.
Kanye also said that he had been trying to divorce Kim ever since.
Kanye tweeted:
“I’ve been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform’. Meek is my man and was respectful. That’s my dog Kim was out of line.”
Meek denied anything untoward happened and photos have surfaced of him having lunch with Kim, along with philanthropist Clara Wu Tsai.
Kanye later apologized to Kim for the tweets and hours later spent time at a hospital close to hear his Wyoming ranch on Saturday before an ambulance showed up at his property later in the day.
