Masari unveils new Coaches for Katsina United FC

Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State on Friday formally introduced the coaches for Katsina United Football Club, which has been promoted to the Nigerian Premier League.
At the ceremony, Bala Nikyu was named the Chief Coach, while Baldwin Bazuaye is to serve as the Assistant Chief Coach.
Masari said that the coaches were selected on merit, adding that their experience should be put to play for the success of the club in the premier league.
He gave the assurance that the state government would support the club in order to elevate it to levels of the top teams in the league.
Masari said: “The government is going to support Katsina United FC financially and other wise to ensure its success. I also want to call on individual philanthropists to provide financial support to the club.”
Governor Masari commended the management of the team for making it possible for the team to reach the highest level of football game in the country.
In his remarks, Nikyu pledged to make the team victorious in all its competitions.
