Scam Alert: LagosHoms Not In Collaboration With Any Property Agents
The Lagos State Mortgage Board ( LagosHoms) completely dissociates herself from any and ALL Property agents engaged in the sale of ‘ LagosHoms’ housing units.
The Lagos State Mortage Board in a statement said it is not into any agreement with any agent named Absorlant Properties.
‘The Board deals directly with interested parties. Please note that prices for the homes in Lateef Jakande Estate, Igando remain as approved by Mr Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and advertised on our website: www.lagoshoms.gov.ng and listed below:
3 BEDROOMS….N10M NOT 15M
2 BEDROOMS….N7.5M NOT 10M
1 BEDROOM……..N5M NOT 8M
