GOtv Reiterates Commitment To Improved Services

GOtv has assured subscribers of its commitment to improved services.

The pay-TV service provider disclosed this at a customer forum held in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos.

The GOtv Customer Forum provides a platform for subscribers to ask questions and get up-to-date information regarding GOtv services.

The event had in attendance GOtv management staff, dealers, sales agents as well as representatives of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).

Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, John Ugbe said the Customer Forum was part of the company’s continuous efforts to improve its service delivery by providing a two-way communication between subscribers and the representatives of GOtv.

“Our customers are an integral part of our business. We are interested in getting firsthand knowledge of what matters most to them so we can best reshape our business to meet with their needs and improve their overall interaction with our services”, Ugbe said.

During the forum, GOtv’s Marketing Manager, Johnson Ivase urged subscribers to make use of the GOtv Eazy self-service platform for an improved television viewing experience.  According to him, the platform is accessible, easy to use, offers convenience by eliminating the need to visit a physical outlet to renew subscriptions. Subscribers can access the self-service option by logging on to www.eazy.gotvafrica.com to renew subscriptions, clear error codes and update their personal information.

Social media savvy subscribers were also advised that they could also channel their queries to the GOtv Facebook and Twitter pages for prompt resolutions.

Ivase also expressed excitement about the introduction of the new affordable GOtv Lite. “With GOtv Lite, you can enjoy over 20 channels with a minimum subscription fee of N400 per month”, he said. Some of the channels he said included Al Jazeera, Jim Jam and Afro Music Pop. Subscribers to the GOtv Lite package will also be able to access Naija FM and Wazobia FM audio channels.
