Funmilayo Odeneye Toeing Hubby’s Lane

Behind every successful man, according to the popular saying, there must be a woman, so it was not a surprise to see the rising of one of Nigeria’s most loved politician, who has many awards, Hon Kehinde Odeneye (member, Federal House of Rep. Ijebu –Ode/ Odogbolu/Ijebu North-East Federal Constituency)’s wife, Olufunmilayo, taking after her husband.

Recently, the beautiful wife of the Hon. member gave out food items to people, including artisans, in

Ijebu ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu north east local government area of Ogun state as a way of supporting her husband’s political base.

In an unprecedented turnout of people ever witnessed in the constituency, people came from all parts of the town to receive their own share of the Christmas and New Year gifts from the wife of the man whom many dubbed ‘OK Is Good’.

“It is just my own little way of contributing to the society and to also help my husband” she said. “You can recall that just last month, we held the first ever Ijebu Praise Concert and we believe we don’t need to stay long to make people of our constituency and its environs happy.”
