Father Seeks Help For 16-year Old Son Down With Mouth Cancer
A 16-year-old Daniel Akishi Terpase suffering from Ameloblastoma of Mandible currently needs the help of Nigerians.
The father of Daniel however pleaded for financial assistance for his son’s travelling expenses to an Indian Hospital, Yashoda and treatment for Mandibular Ameloblastoma resection and free fibula micro vascular.
In a save our soul letter sent to our news room, Daniel’s family sought for N4.1million for both travelling expenses and treatment.
The letter reads, “After clinical evaluation and investigation, he is supposed to travel to Yashoda Hospital, India for Mandibulor Ameloblastoma resection and free fibula micro vascular through surgery reconstruction according to the medical estimation from Yoshoda Hospital in India.
“We hope that we get him there before it’s too late. We hereby ask Good Samaritan, individuals, corporate bodies to help foot the bill for surgical operation.
“The total of the medical bill plus our ticket to and from India is estimated N4.1million only.”

The ailment is an expansile lytic lesion of the lower jaw particularly involving the region of the Mandibular isthmus. It has numerous bone spikes and associated with dental anarchy and massive soft tissue component which cannot be clearly delineated from the tongue
