Cause of Adeleke’s Death Not Determined Yet-Family

The family of late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke has debunked the insinuations that the family has received the result of the autopsy conducted on their diseased son.

Briefing newsmen at Ede, Osun State yesterday, his immediate junior brother, Dr Deji Adeleke, said it would take one to two weeks before the result of the postmortem would be known to determine the actual cause of the death.

According to him, the conduct of the postmortem was responsible for the 24 hour delay in the burial of his brother adding that as a Muslim, he ought to have been buried the very day he died.

Dr Adeleke who described his brother as a peace loving person urged the youths of the community as well as politicians not to be violent by disrupting the peace in the community on account of his brother’s death particularly during the forthcoming fidau.

He however, appreciated President Muhammad Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo , Dr Bukola Saraki, Senate President, Governors Ibikunle Amosun, Ayodele Fayose, Rotimi Akeredolu and former Governors Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Niyi Adebayo.

Others include Alhaji Alinko Dangote, the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudee Adesola Lawal,  religious leaders and entire people of Osun state for standing by them during the traumatic period.
