Buhari Not Backing Herdsmen Killings In Nigeria- Oloyede

 
The Registrar of Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB)Prof. Is’haq Oloyede has said  President Muhammadu Buhari is not supporting  the nefarious activities of rampaging killer herdsmen in Nigeria.

Oloyede said this  at the third Raufnomics Colloquium organized by friends of Aregbesola to celebrate his 61st birthday ceremony castigated those insinuating that President Buhari was behind the killings by herdsmen.
He commended President Buhari for championing war against corruption in Nigeria and regretted the havoc corruption has done to Nigeria
Harping on the havoc of corruption and taking JAMB as case study, Oloyede told the audience that his administration in JAMB was able to save over N7billion from proceed made by the board in one year compared to less than N200Million made by his predecessors since the establishment of JAMB.
The JAMB boss lauded governor Aregbesola for his outstanding performance in governance adding that only those who visit Osun can appreciate what Aregbesola has done.
Speaking on the theme “Functional Education as a tool for National Development and a Gateway to Freedom”,  Oloyede insisted that any government that pay lips service to education is out to destroy humanity adding that any amount invested in functional education is money spent wisely.
Earlier in his welcome address, the team leader, Hon. Ajibola Famurewa described governor Rauf Aregbesola as an enigma who has transformed Osun adding that there is no strata of life that was not touched by the governor.
In his response, Governor Rauf Aregbesola retreated his commitment to the growth and development of Osun State adding that throughout his tenure in office, his primary thought centered on the development of Osun State.
The colloquium that was organized by friends of Aregbesola to celebrate his 61st birthday attracted dignitaries from across the country.
