Adebayo Salami And Son, Femi Adebayo Bag City People Movie Awards
The 2017 edition of the annual City People Awards was agog Sunday night as the Adebayos, legendary actor, Adebayo Salami better known as ‘Oga Bello’ and his son, Femi were recognized and honored at the Movie Awards.
The veteran actor was honored with a ’Special Recognition Award’ in celebration of his iconic contribution to the growth of the movie industry.
Similarly, Oga Bello’s actor son, Femi Adebayo, was also honored with the ‘Actor of the Year’ award in the Yoruba movie category.
An excited Femi Adebayo, who is the Special Adviser to the Kwara State Governor on Culture and Tourism, took to Social Media to share his appreciation.
He wrote, “Thanks To All My Fans, You Guys Have Done It Again…. I’m So Grateful for Your Love, Support And For Being A True Fan Of Femi Adebayo. Eseun Modupe O! I Love You All. Actor Of The
Year Yoruba At The City People Movie Awards 2017”.
Other winners at the awards include Tayo Sobola, Ogbolor, Antar Laniyan, Okiki Afolayan among others.
