Several Houses Burnt At Abule Egba Pipeline Explosion

Over 50 houses are believed to have been gutted by fire Sunday night following pipeline explosion at Abule Egba axis of Lagos State.

The fire which started was alleged to have been caused by the activities of vandals who were attempting to siphon fuel from an NNPC pipeline.

According to eyewitnesses, the fire spread to U-turn, Ilepo and Fagba area of the state.

Meanwhile, officials of the Lagos State Government emergency team are on ground to alleviate the suffering of the residents while firefighter battle to put out the fire.
