Weekend Lockdown In Ogun State Still  In Force- Abiodun

Extended Worried by the spate of coronavirus in the world, the Ogun State government has said that the lockdown imposed on the people of the state on Saturday and Sunday was still in force till august 14th 2020 and anybody that violate this guideline would be jailed for six-month imprisonment without an option of fine.

Addressing a news conference, held at the governor’s office, Oke Mosan in Abeokuta, the state governor, prince (Dr) Dapo  Abiodun should stay when the deadly disease would drastically ease out.

He pointed out that every Muslim should on Friday 31st July observe the Sallah celebration in a nearby mosque.

Dr Dapo warned that anybody who does not follow the guideline would be punished and jailed. Pointing out all hand are on deck to reduce it to the barest minimum.

He noted that all students of SS3 who would resume August 4th 2020 should use face mask always, but any student who failed to obey would not be allowed to attend lectures.

The governor, called for the support of all and sundry to defeat this deadly disease, adding that the government would not relent on its effort to end out the disease.
