Shettima Presides Over NEC Meeting

Vice President Kashim Shettima is presiding over the National Economic Council meeting at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The meeting is attended in person by the Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya, among others, while the majority of attendees are joining virtually.

The National Economic Council is chaired by the Vice President and comprises the 36 state governors, the CBN Governor and other officials.

It advises the President on economic affairs and the coordination of economic planning.
