Assailants Attack Ogun Petrol Station, Kill Two Guards
Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins have attacked a Total filling station around Delabo Junction, Ilisan-Remo in the Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State and
reportedly slaughtered two guards.
Residents of the area on Monday morning woke up to discover the corpses of the victims in the pool of their own blood.
One of the residents who pleaded anonymity said the assailants took nothing away from the filling station, a development that raised suspicion that the incident might be a case of assassination.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said he was yet to be briefed on the incident.
