Ajifor also asked the court to compel them not to engage, recruit, instigate or incite any member of the community to cause breach of public peace or disturb peace within or outside the community within this period.

In a seven-paragraph affidavit deposed to by one Inspector Kasali Saturani, the police claimed that the respondents were caught with a double barrel English made pistol at Shogunle area of the state.

She also released the musician and the two other respondents to two sureties with N5 million bond each.

The court also made an order binding them for a period of one years, not to engage, recruit, instigate or incite any member of the Shogunle community and Lagos State by extension, to cause breach of public peace or disturb peace within or outside the community and Lagos State.
