Kiki Osinbajo Leading By Example

As the daughter of a vice president of an administration that is vigorously campaigning for youth to embrace entrepreneurship rather than seeking scarcely paid employment, Kiki Osinbajo must be a proud girl to her dad, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
While she could have used her very likeable and powerful father’s influence to get a lucrative job in any big corporation or Blue Chip Company, this young lady has chosen to be a lifestyle entrepreneur with sole intent of joining the role models in the beauty and fashion industry.
On Saturday September 9, 2017, Kiki opened her Glam’d Africa Beauty Store. Of course, she had the support of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Osinbajo, and two siblings, Kanyi and Fiyin; who all joined other guests including Zahra Indimi, President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter at the well-attended opening of the store located at Durban Street, Wuse II, Abuja.
The glittersonline gathered that Kiki’s major aim is to support young people wanting to get into the beauty industry by offering free training to empower them in becoming beauty practitioners.
Glam’d Africa is a co-working place that would essentially be a hub for beauty businesses with makeup artists, beauty brands, clothing brands, accessories and nail artists all coming under one roof to co-exist.
The store will focus majorly on handcrafted Made in Nigeria designed products. Already, brands like SIOD Leather, EthnyK, BMPro, Ade Bakare, Nubian Roots, Muji Lagos, Idong Harri, O’eclat, Bariats and Jaxx Cosmestics co-exist at the newly opened beauty store.
24-year-old Kiki, a business management graduate and Instagram sensation, is the most visible of the Osinbajo’s three children. She has been seen severally hanging out with some celebrities including American soul singer, Trey Songz, thus her interest in fashion and lifestyle business surprises a few.
The pretty entrepreneur also has future plans to launch her own line of Glam’d skincare products to register her in the roster of budding entrepreneurs in the hugely lucrative beauty industry.
