Friends Celebrate Kemi Mimiko @ 50
Though it was done in a very quiet way, but the glitz and glamour that is always associated with celebrity was not lacking when Kemi, wife of the immediate past governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko celebrated her golden age (50).
Despite not being physically present, her friends were able to celebrate her birthday in a flamboyant way and were happy to gush encomiums on the beautiful woman who looks younger than her age.
Her good looks may not be unconnected to her unassuming life style while she was the first lady of the sunshine state. She was and is still admired by so many people. Since her husband completed his tenure, she remained modest, just the way she was before he assumed office.
Many expected a grand bash for her golden jubilee, but family played it down since she was abroad with her hubby. But her circle of friends and aide’s friends felt it will not be out of place to celebrate such a great woman and a get together was held in her honor in Akure, the state capital.
